Denied Withdraw

I was playing on Planet7Casino and added a couple hundred of my own money and played with some of their bonuses, they stated that I played with multiple free chips when I tried to withdraw my winnings of $672.42. However, when I did get a bonus I would play out the amount of money they stated needed to be played in order to collect my winnings. I went to take the withdraw on Nov. 3, 2021, and it shows a manager approval, which means they took my withdraw after showing me the balance I was able to withdraw. I played with a good amount of my own money and spent hours playing through the bonus money you had to accomplish in order to receive a legit refund. Not only will they not give me the withdraw but they did put the $627.42 back on my player’s account and this is very unfair a defrauding. Wire transfer my winnings of $627.42, I did not accept a bunch of free coins and I played through the set amount they ask you to. This is fraud and needs to be resolved. Thanks
