Netflix — My complaint not resolved since 2 months

I am getting this error message Sorry we could not reach Netflix. please try again later(-9) since 2.5 months…i filed complaint in netflix authority too…but they are not solving my problem… whenever i call them they jus say that we are looking into this…nd will resolve the issue soon…how much i have to wait…nd remain devoid of my netflix services????…Or i should file a case again it???
