On the 19th November 2022, I ordered some food using Deliveroo. However that never arrived. It was said because I wrote firstly argued that I wrote a wrong address. However, as the picture attached shows that it is not true since my address has always been the same: flat 16, 16 bramah road SW9 6FJ In fact they has never had any problem delivering food to my flat before. I submitted a complaint at Resolver but they changed their version now saying now that they came to my address but none came and after 10 min they left. Their change of version is a clear evidence that they are lying I also asked them that if they are saying the truth please send me a screenshot that shows that they did ring my bell. But they did not because they cant…I want an apology for lying my money back plus compensation
