Defective pixel 3 xl which they refuse to assist. I purchased a brand new pixel 3 xl no more than 8 months ago. The camera is defective, unable to focus. Upon calling tech support I was told the only fix was to perform a complete reboot which I did and resulted in no camera improvement and about 50% loss of data on my phone. The CS i called later advised that I can be sent a replacement phone, a refurbished phone. I will NOT accept this resolve as I purchased this phone brand new, why am I being penalized and disadvantaged because of a defective phone? The CS continued to state the phone would likely be a scratch and dent refurbish which is appalling.
