CVS Pharmacy — Rude and unhelpful service

I received texts that my prescription was ready to be picked up. I was out of town so waited until I returned. I received another text that the prescription would be held for 3 more days. I responded that I would pick it up in the option of 1 day according to the text. Upon arrival, I was told it had now expired and I couldn’t pick it up. The pharmacist made me wait 10 minutes to speak to him while he worked on a computer. Not with another person. A computer. He then blamed me and told me there’s nothing that can be done and I should have had it moved to where I was on vacation. He made no attempt to resolve the issue and was very rude. I am beyond ****** at the Woods Chapel Pharmacist and will never visit any of your CvS again. I’m sure you don’t care bc you’re a giant company but that was absolutely ridiculous that no one informed me that the prescription was already expired. In fact, I kept getting updates that it was ready for pick up. Fill it immediately and mail it to my home to prevent me from having to wait or interact again with them. That man was misogynistic, treated me like I was lacking intelligence and very flippant. He needs to have a reprimand for his blatant lack of care of customer service or quality. Frankly; he was an ******* and he’s lucky I didn’t make a scene. I need this resolved. Now.
