I hired clowns.com to come to my sons birthday on April **, 2020 and due to coronavirus we are not allowed gatherings and they will not refund my $100 deposit and Ian says the owner will not refund money because they can still come to our house and no one that works for them has coronavirus..That can be the most ignorant thing be could’ve said and kept arguing about the deposit and they have a clause on the contract for non performance where it says in circumstances outside their control where they cannot perform they will refund all sums paid. There is no reason he should be arguing during a state of emergency and put people at risk to a virus and tell people no one has it. How is the general public supposed to trust a statement like that at this time in the state Nevermind the country.
