For years I have been getting a steak biscuit w swiss cheese every weekeday morning at the same Hardees. Order was replace swiss. Now I am being told that I have to pay for a steak biscuit w cheese then an additional charge for another piece of cheese to replace the american cheese with swiss. I am being double charged for the cheese. This works out to be about $156 a year which may not be a lot to some folks but your biscuit is not worth that difference to me. Order 477026 101322 6:22am Ordered again this again this morning and tried to explain the over charge but was told this is how Hardee’s says we have to do it now. FYI: I had to go to a different Hardees yesterday as Four Mile Fork was closed around 6:00am; the Hardees on Princess Anne St w only charged for 1 piece of cheese. STOP DOUBLE CHARGING FOR CHEESE!!!!!!! Actually it no longer matters . . . one of the many McDonalds that I pass to get to Hardees in Fredericksburg will get my breakfast order every weekday morning from now on.
