Cash App — Cashapp where scammers get away with anything

I bought an item from a local business that takes cashapp. It was a custom order that I had to pay for in advance. Out of no where once they received payment they refused to complete the item and refused a refund. Cashapp has stayed silent and refuses to help me. They don’t feel like there’s anything they should do. They are willingly allowing small businesses to scam people and choosing not to create a safe environment on their platform. They are allowing illegal scams to be run. They need to actually start holding businesses accountable and blocking their accounts if that’s what they are doing
