I hired CAM solar to install a solar system and Tesla powerwall. The solar system is up and running, but they have yet to complete the Tesla powerwall piece. When I first started calling about finishing the job they told me we’re waiting for a part to come in. Then they told me they were waiting on the permit. Now I cannot get anyone to call me back. I have reached out by phone and email and always get told someone will call me back. Nobody ever does. This company has basically charged me 10k for a powerwall that is hanging as a piece of art in my garage. I have never experienced customer service that is this bad.
