Burger King — Very poor customer service

Made an order online with specific instructions on how I wanted my Double Whopper with cheese prepared, only pickles, cheese, and bacon. Figured I had more chances of it being made correctly. I pulled up to the drive in for pick up around 6:30pm. The young girl initially was very polite. I asked if she could insure the burger was made properly, someone took over the microphone and said you will take the burger the way we made it, nothing you can do about it. My response was no you will make the burger as I requested it. This gentleman should not have a job as far as I’m concerned! No manners and complete and utter disrespect. I asked for a manager, the same young girl said she stepped out, name was Marlin. No one was left in charge, and the girl refused to give me the name of the employee who spoke out of turn to me She said she was new. The burger gets brought to me and it was not made correctly. I was very angry to say the least. I gave her the entire order back and demanded my money back. Whatever happened to have it your way! Will never go back to Burger King and will spread the word of my experience. HORRIBLE! An apology, the store manager should discipline both the girl and the person that intervened on the conversation and I should receive a gift card.
