McDonalds — Bad service

It’s been so disappointing how bad the service has been lately. I use the drive through and I’m starting to feel uncomfortable using the drive through because of how unfriendly the staff have become. Usually, no one will speak to me when I receive my food. There is no eye contact or interaction. I’m just handed the food. Also, earlier this week (at lunch time on Tuesday, Feb 22), there was no one handling the drive through. There was no sign indicating what was going on, and the staff inside the restaurant refused to acknowledge anyone. Even if there had been a sign that said CLOSED, that would have been much better than the mysterious deserted drive through area in the middle of the day. All the customers were confused. I did see an employee, but she refused to acknowledge me despite my efforts.
