Best Western — Lack of giving a ****

Upon arriving,7 PM I started the TV, started thumbing through channels and the remote stopped working. I called the front desk, reported the problem was told there were no more remotes available, that a maintenance guy would try to get one from another room. An hour later and no reply from my call, I figured I was disregarded which I certainly was. The hotel wasn’t overly busy so I don’t understand why there was no response whatsoever to my call. As far as I’m concerned, your customer service is substandard. I’ll put you at the bottom of my list as far as places to stay be sure to spread the word online on BEST WESTERN Maybe the people running the place could actually RUN THE PLACE
