After 6 years of being a loyal customer, either an automated system or a human decided to COMPLETELY lose all our data on March 1. The reason they provided was “late payment”, but we had been on an auto-pay subscription for 6 years with completely current payments. They pull payments automatically 30 days BEFORE the due date. The current payment was prepaid 30 days in advance, and 15 days before the due date, they deleted ALL our data–no warnings whatsoever, blaming it on us. When billing looked into it, they admitted we were current, but since our data had been deleted, it was too late. What kind of company deletes customers data after 6 years without a warning?
