AlansFactoryOutlet.com — I feel like a hostage at this point

I ordered a garage from Alans in August 2020. It is mid-May 2021 and I am dealing with their subcontractor who will only tell me, rudely, “we’ll call you 3-5 business days in advance”. Not what month, or even what year. I feel like a hostage at this point. At no point did Alans staff mention “oh hey, you realize you’re looking at nearly a year to get your garage right?” I’m not ignorant and didn’t expect it delivered in the winter but exactly no one has been straight with me and still aren’t. I lost $4k on the pad built to their specs, value on the classic car I bought it to house and just want done with both companies. And my deposit back. I know what the contract says. I also know staff and the website (since tweaked) misrepresented Alan’s services. I don’t think I should be on hook for $1100 for being BS’d, embarrassed, spinning my wheels and losing value & money.
