Ordered mid-January, trying to help my in-laws transfer an old home movie. Was told that the order would come in three shipments, the first of which was two blank dvds. There was a nice little letter in there about this being a family business and knowing the price was a big commitment, one they don’t take lightly. I emailed three separate times, trying to find out what happened to the other two shipments. One bumped back to me and said the destination was invalid. That was my first red flag. Wish I’d done more homework before I wasted this money!
