Air Transat — Purchased Club class, but no club class service provided

We were on our way to our week long vacation to Punta Cana and I decided to ask at the counter at the airport to see if they had any club class seats available. They said they had 8 seats available, so I decided to pay for one way to Punta Cana for me and my 3 guests. Total charge at the counter was $720. So we had the first row 2X2. When we took off, I expected club service, drinks, food and service by staff only to our section. However that did not occur. They had no meals for us, except the typical in flight service for purchase. The staff apologized on the plane and stated they were not aware. They had to service the whole plane. They tried to accomodate us as best as possible and even gave us food for free, but not the food and drinks you expect for Club Service, which I have had before. So paid for something I never received. I want a full refund of $720 I paid
