Google.com — Refused to expedite a replacement

I ordered a phone from Google that was stolen by FedEx. Google has refused to expedite a replacement and plan on using FedEx again. I want my phone shipped overnight via UPS or USPS, and I want a refund for the $40 I was charged with zero explanation as to what the charge was.
