Xavier Rake is a SCAMMER. He has scammed 5 people that I know of in Las Vegas and the California area (irvine.) He claims he is an “electronic specialist” when really, he also scams people for money on the side as well. He makes money by asking people to live with him, pay high rent, and runs off with your rent money. He is VERY creative in ways to make money.DO NOT WORK WITH HIM!! HE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND LEAVE!!! DO NOT GIVE THIS MAN A DIME!Trust me, please, I beg you, stay far far far AWAY from this kid. His ONLY intention for people is to take your money and run away. He goes as far as changing his phone number, his address, he doesn’t even have a car because people can easily trace him down.
