Unprofessional, insensitive and will NEVER use any of their services ever. They transported my loved ones body from the coroners office without any written consent or documents authorizing Walker funeral home to pick the body up. They said there policy is that any person,non next of kin, can call to have a deceased body moved to their facility. After holding my loved ones body for ransom because they would not release the body to the correct funeral home, without a transport fee, we were not paying for their wrong doing, they finally after 2 days released the body to correct funeral home. Please beware of their practices to use grief of a family for their financial gain. And they never apologized.
