I purchased Justin Bieber tickets in 2020 for a show that was cancelled by Bieber in Las Vegas, I immediately reached out for refund for my money within 1 hour of purchase – they were selling tickets for a cancelled show, I bought them the day of concert then heard it was canceled. They claimed they didn’t know and I could resell for new date of show. Fast forward to 2022 now Justin Bieber has announced world tour cancelled indefinitely- reached out to Viagogo multiple times and provided proof from multiple websites showing the cancellation of tour, they keep responding that they have not heard that show has been canceled and will not refund my money. I’m at the point that a class action lawsuit needs to be held against them to shut them down. They are overseas company and a scam as far as I am concerned. Everyone knows the concert is canceled indefinitely for his health- world wide knows it! Refund my money immediately.
