On 6th of February 2022, I have ordered food from Uber eats.
1) the driver supposed to be Monika, on the bicycle but arrived some bloke in a car
2) my order arrived incomplete! I have ordered 3x custard and 1x crème brûlée but received 1x custard and 0x crème brûlée!
I have reported missing items to Uber eats but was refunded only £3.50 instead of £5.45. I have reported the inconsistency, and they said they processed the refund! I again pointed out the missing items, they said that I won’t be charged!
I said that I was already charged and that I demand refund for crème brûlée and some good will gesture for all the hassle. so they refunded me £1.75 in addition to £3.50!
I then said that the custard is £1.95 and still didn’t get the answer.
