I ordered a pizza from Godfather Pizza through Ubereats. It was to be delivered within 35 to 45 minutes. About 40 minutes after placing the order I Received. a call from the driver asking for my CORRECT address. I seems that. Ubereats provided him with the wrong address. I waited and waited for my bell to ring. Eventually, since Ubereats has no method that allows you to determine the status of their delivery, I placed another order with DoorDash who does care enough about their reputation and their customers to provide them with a phone numbto call in case of problems. It turned out that. the Ubereats driver left my pizza at my front door without botheriing to inform me of the delivery. I only found out that Uber had delivered my pizza when I went to answer the door to retrieve my order from DoorDash.The original pizza was ice cold and belonged in the garbage so that’s where I put it . I also deposited the Uber app in the recycle bin. If they actually had an interest in resolving my complaint as well as preventing others like mine you’d actually take responsibility for the problems you create for your customers by adding a phone number to your website. When and if you do I’ll consider doing business with you again.
