Uber — Drivers dropping off customers at entry gate and not completing ride to final destination

I work for a large university, we have alot of students being dropped off for schoolclass, the problem is alot of your drivers do not want to show there ID Driver’s license to the security personel, At this location no one can Enter without photo Identification, the drivers just kick the people out right here 1 mile from the univ. ,,,,, and still have to pay,, what recourse do people have when this happens,, please advise us on what can a rider do ?? Please advise all DRIVERS that showing your Identification to security at delivery of your passenger is mandatory, what are they hidding, Just make it mandatory
