I returned a pair of shoes. The package shows it was delivered. I have never received a refund despite numerous inquiries. In December 2018 I returned via ups a pair of shoes I had ordered online via the toms website return instructions. The package arrived yet I was never refunded. After inquiring via email multiple times I would receive a generic ‘we are busy but will get to your email’ despite providing the tracking number and proof the return was initiated thru my account on the toms site, I keep getting told they have no record of anything.
