Thomas Leather — Never received boots and no refund

I ordered a pair of Avery women’s leather boots online for $62 back in November. Here I am 3 months later with no boots and no refund. I emailed customer support several times as they never provided a tracking number or any communications once they got my money. And what do you know, my order number doesn’t exist! They refused to answer me until I threatened to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Then somehow magically they had a tracking number that claims the boots were delivered to my front porch. I don’t have a front porch! I live in a secure locked building that you have to have a code for in order to enter. UPS FedEx and USPS all have the code to the building to have the ability to deliver packages securely to all the residents (there are only six of us per building) we all know each other and we all get packages continually so this is not something that was stolen. This company is a huge scam! I have continued to email them inquiring about my package or a refund and they will not answer me. I’m out 62 bucks! I’ve never been scammed before and this is just infuriating.
