The Salvation Army — Refused rental help

I lost my job due to the Pandemic I got behind in my rent. I was told to get help from the Salvation Army in San Jose. I rec’d an email from the office asking me to submit some paperwork. I did that. Later I received another email stating that I needed addition information. I did that and dropped papers in their drop box. And then I found out that they deny my case and said that they did not rec’d my paperwork. Because I had been a Law Clerk and also a Tax Collector in the City of San Francisco, I know how important it is to have the paperwork. I spoke to a Kris G, who stated that she was the Housing Coordinator and that I could get copies of my paperwork back. When I went over to pick up my paperwork no one would answer the door. So, I called her back and she told me to go back to the window. The clerk gave me copies of my paperwork I notice that there were documents missing. When called them back no one answer. So, I am looking at eviction in 30 days. I have worked all my life several jobs at a time. I have paid taxes, and now I need help and can’t get it. I know that I was discriminated against. I have asked the government to look into this matter. How many Hispanics and Latino apply and how many was approved. How many African American apply and was approved. Someone needs to check the ratio in this matter. Thank you for your help. I am desperately seeking some help as a Senior and American citizen.
