Ordered coffee machine on 14.11 and paid for next day delivery ,it never Arrived and Good Guys customer service was terrible as was the instore Help.The chat bot is hopeless and should be shut down. i have now cancelled the transaction on Afterpay. i will never purchase again from GG. Answer the emails,get a proper resolution team in place.customers should not be treated this way.
