I have purchased a flat panel tv wall mount for my tv, unfortunately I’m not happy with the product as it did not have screws inside the box and no manual book for guidance. The product box is not sealed, opened as if someone opened it. I’m so not happy because I have to pay another money for screws yet I popped money already. Replacement of missing SCREWS.
