This credit granting company has been ******** around with my credit cards and credit report for years. Over the past few years I have had accounts with furniture stores department stores, most of my limits fairly high and in good standing. Some with even a zero balance. Syncrony bank will pull your credit report and if has anything on it even from the past they will shut your account down. This is unacceptable! The bank closing an account hurts your credit score. My credit score has never looked better and the shut my *** account down. 0 balance 3200. Credit limit. So this account I have had for more than 6 years. You call to have them correct and you can not speak to anyone with authority to re-open. They tell you to refer to credit report. I told them you must be mistaken as i view all my reports daily. There is NOTHING you can do. I want my account re-opened. I worked hard to get my limit up high. NO CUSTOMER LOYALTY!! Help this is an unfair practice.
