Every time I visit the Belmont NSW store to ask for a large Turkey salad I have to argue with the store owner about how many pieces of Turkey. He insists that there is only 2, when I point out that it should be equivalent to the footlong and they need to put in 4 pieces. He begrudgingly put in the 4 pieces this time and said if I don’t like don’t come back.
Every other store I go to I never have a problem, in fact the store at Toronto and Cessnock make beautiful salads and include the correct number of meat slices. the store owners and staff are lovely to deal with.
I would not bother with the Belmont store however it is the closet one to my work. I feel sorry for the staff as he stands over them when I stand my ground about what should be on a large salad.
Subway is a franchise and part of being a franchise is that you expect consistency no matter what store you walk into.
