I have called the Pharmacy department prior to going there to if they had received a fax from my doctor for my prescription. The lady took my information put on hold got back to me and said “Yes” I then told her that I would like my medication ready because I am in pain and that I would pick it up soon. Lady said “okay” your medication should be ready when you get here. I left my house went to this location to pick up my medication the guy that was there took my information told me that it should be ready soon and to wait. I said okay and waited. 30mins nothing. 45mins in I told the guy that I had called an hour ago and I am in pain and that I could not stand for a long period of time, the guys looked at me and said we are wait for the pharmacist to sign off on it and that he is busy right now. Okay I waited longer. More customers came in gave their information and got their meds right away one guy came in gave his information and waited max 5 mins and got his meds. And I am here standing like I do not exist…. I do not appreciate the way I was treated while being in pain and made them aware of. I did not get my medication because I couldn’t stand that much longer due to being in pain so I left without my medication.
