yes u right these people are very bad …. they chit people like us after taking all payment they will double cross of aspirants i want to taking steps against them .. in this consern i have all payment receipt but i could not get idea to how show theirs guilt,,,they doing all money transaction in global tele link account and promise to service by shine2success thats why nobody can doing any action against them..so plz help me in this regards thank you
