Shift4 Payments, LLC — Very Dissatisfied

I own a small dance studio and signed up with the company Harbortouch, owned by Shift4 payments to collect money through a POS system. I agreed to a monthly payment for a 3-year contract. During the course of the first two years, I was very dissatisfied with the product and service of the company. During the second year of the contract, I contact the company and requested a cancellation. They refused and stated that I had remaining time on my contract and that I wasn’t able to cancel and would have to wait until my contract was up. Once my contract was up, I contacted the company and they once again refused to cancel my service and said they had automatically renewed me for more time. I spoke with customer service reps Jason and Peter, they were very aggressive on the phone and went onto my companies social media site stating personal details about my company. I requested mover twenty times that I wanted to cancel and they continued to attack me on the phone. I have reviewed my contract that initially signed, their contact left off all dates, and nowhere stated a renewal agreement. I emailed multiple times to request cancellation as well.
