Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning are scammers. They were at my parents’ house looking at a toilet that was only a little over a year old. They quoted my parents $250 for them to fix IF dad bought an entirely new inside tank unit (which he would have to go to Home Depot to buy) or $450 if dad wanted to have them get the unit and install it. They said there was no other option as it was shot. I am so glad I was there as I immediately found the plumbers that installed it only over one year ago when my parent’s moved to their new home. That plumber came out today and told my parents that NOTHING was wrong with it. He simply cleaned it out and it works good as new. He didn’t even charge them for the house call. To think that Pink Plumber was going to scam my elderly parents out of $450 makes me so angry!!!! NEVER use this company!
