I ordered and paid in full for a product on 17th November as a Christmas gift for my grand daughter, to be told it was back ordered until 15th March, 2021. I received an email to say it would be fulfilled on 15th, to then receive another email this evening to say it is back ordered until 5/7. This is absolutely unacceptable. Even taking into account the business difficulties with covid, I habe received every other item I have ordered. I wish this product to be fulfilled as promised by the end if the week. In addition I will be contacting my credit card company in the morning.
