I have been denied access to the money in my RushCard account twice in a one month period due to system failure according to customer service with no explanation of why and no timeline when it will be resolved plus no mention of the issues on the app or website which is completely unacceptable and as soon as I can access my account again I am taking out my money and closing my account and putting my story on every social media outlet and media outlet possible, credit card companies should not be allowed to carry on with these business practices
