Roku — Never got my package

I recently ordered a Roku soundbar and subwoofer from never got it and want a refund. I ordered the soundbar and subwoofer on the 28th of nov and was charged on my debit for on the 29th. Never got my package have contacted their support but they can’t find anything on me my address phone number email address etc like I never ordered it but the must have my account correct. I have trued everything to get in touch to solve this their chat for support has been useless to me because the can’t find the transaction ever took place but it did because they got my money. All I am asking for is my refund but hours on chat hasn’t done nothing but waste my time.
