Roku — Extremely poor customer service

I purchased a defective part – WR001 from Roku – order ************ they would not replace & made me pay to return it. I purchased a defective part – WR001 from Roku – order # ********** I called Roku & waited over 30 minutes while the message kept saying that they would answer in 13 minutes. I left my phone number & they called back stating they would not replace it & made me pay to return it. Purchase 11/16/19 paying ****** for a wire where the new whole unit could be bought for $29.95 including shipping. Extremely poor customer service. I asked for credit of ***** for return postage which they refused.
