I have been playing this game for over 10 years. Roblox was a great and affordable platform back then. Now Roblox has gone so far downhill. I feel like they have ruined the main fun. I understand there are reasons for old things to be replace with new ones in order to satisfy players. I am unsatisfied with Roblox because they don’t seem to care about players losing their limited by being hacked. They only give one rollback and that seems too unfair. I have been hacked two times before. The first time, someone altered my settings, and sold my limited. I contacted Roblox about it and they fixed it. This was only 3K robux worth of limited. This is easily affordable to replace. I have since built up my limited to a rap of over 100k. I had many items that I had to work hard for. I then got hacked again, causing me to lose everything. Roblox support refuses to do anything. I feel cheated and scammed. I understand the rules of not responsible for any loss of property that associates with companies. Roblox at the time, limited were cheaper and way more affordable. I paid in a range of around 5-20k robux for limited. Now everything is too expensive to buy back. Roblox’s limited are so inflated and projected that it has become impossible to pay or purchase them anymore. How am I supposed to get this stuff back especially If I am in college and have my own living? I feel like I’m being scammed. I can’t pay 400 USD for a once 50 USD item. This is too much. Roblox, I feel needs to implement this better. I believe they need to create some sort of insurance like plan with the Premium that can cover the loss of limited if stolen. A player could pay a sum of money in order for this insurance. This is just an idea but could help satisfy many more players. I have had many friends quit because Roblox has become so bad and expensive. They don’t care if one person loses over 100k robux since they have millions of other players. Not everyone gives them this much money. I understand Roblox needs to make money. But They need to appreciate their players more and come into mind of how important limited are to someone.
