De Robert Allen Walczykowski was caught yesterday choking a developmentally disabled man yesterday in Milwaukee! He falsely accused the young man of stealing his friends green bike, but the disabled man had a blue bike which was his, btw! A Good Samaritan intervened. Robert is a known racist and has a history of threatening violence against his co-workers and neighbors. He’s openly professed on numerous occasions dee hatred toward African Americans, Mexicans and Puerto Ricans. People in my neighborhood want him to move out. He’s a menace and danger to the community. And yes he’s gone viral on the news and social media. Put this man on full blast!
