Back in August of 2017, I contracted with RMC to handle reputation management online. As of today, still nothing has changed. Everything that was promised, including the representative, Mark L****, who assured me that all negative content would be suppressed or removed never was. I paid per $42,000 for this service and have nothing to show for it. This was a complete fleecing / sham and I wish to receive a refund.
