On Thursday June 13th, my fiancé ordered pizza at around 8:00pm. We waited and waited for this pizza. At 9:15 we called to see where the pizza was they called back at 9:26 to say that the driver accidentally didn’t pick up our pizza and that the wait time will be delayed. At this point I’m very frustrated because I have young kids I need to feed as well as myself but more so my kids!!! At 9:52 we called them again, they then said that they were going to remake the pizza because it’s sitting on the warmer rack getting warm and I’m trying to figure out how is that so if they said the driver kept calling us but we weren’t answering the phone. Why would I not look out for a call for a phi already paid for online. Also if I wasn’t answering the phone and I already paid for my pizza how come dominos didn’t contact me directly?! At 10:03 I’m extremely mad and ask for a refund just don’t even worry about the pizza that’s when they got extremely disrespectful and told me that I will see my refund when they close out. I felt like they owed me an apology and my money and I got hung up on!!!
I wanted a thin crust pizza that is not what I received and the pizza was not sliced, I called and complained and she wanted another payment, I will never go to domino’s again in madison ms, they are very stupid. they should have give me a new pizza the that I wanted it without charging me for it again
My wife and I eat at Dominos Pizza at least once a week. We usually get the three topping with no sauce. Well tonight we called out there to get a three topping large pizza and the girl said you could only get the three topping if you ordered it online.We have always called and got the three topping pizza. Well I am not going to order a pizza off the computer. I have eat my last Dominos pizza. Pizza Hut is 14 mile farther out the road. I will be eating there in the future. Dominos can keep their 2 topping pizza.
For the very first time, I am disappointed with one of your pizzas. We had pizza for dinner this evening with a XL Philly Cheese Pizza. My husband and I were looking at each other and I asked him if he had noticed anything about the pizza. I was NOT surprised that he said there is no meat, just onion, green bell peppers, mushrooms and cheese. This is NOT our first time having this selection and it is one of our favorites. We had a Veggie Philly Cheese Pizza this time and we are not vegetarians. We used the internet to make the order and pick it up in Longwood FL. The only thing that we do not know is did you remove the beef from this pizza? I am like Clara Peller, where is the beef?

No matter how I tried it would not give me my three dollar tipcoupon off of my order. We order medium 2 topping pizzas but they came as small. It is an obvious difference and it is not what we paid for
