Carts in isles either with stuff to stock or rushed boxes, shelves empty or near empty, stuff on floor, floors not sweep, due to carts difficult to get down isle. Food in refrigerator is for most part not in order, lot of empty space. The store has gone down for awhile, but especially over last month. It is a disgrace, due to its condition, I’m probably going to ha e to drive to Riesel, about 9 miles away, that store the last I went in was clean, stocked, and pleasant to shop in. However, myself and rest of mart should not have to do this. If not cleared up soon, your store won’t be getting much business. To correct: get the district manager down here, Pronto, they either aren’t doing their job or letting manager get by with not doing their job. Hire some tempory help for a few nights while store closed to stock, clean, etc, it’s in such a shape not sure if can be done in day with effectiveness. I see a self-serve was installed, for me, I like that, but employees can’t be expected to be at back of store, or elsewhere and then run up front for regular check out on regular basis. Hire or bring in to fill slack, so once store cleaned, stocked, there’s enough to keep in order. Have district manager follow up in few weeks to make sure manager or whoever in charge is seeing things are completed. Thanks
