Picked up my vehicle on 4262022. Took car to my garage to have checked due to strange grinding noise. Mechanic found the rear caliber seized which injured the brake pad and rotor. Contacted warranty Silverrock which said not all services were covered. Furthermore I had to pay in full and wait for reimbursement. Horrible considering I only had the car 24 hours. If the 150 POINT INSPECTION had been done this would never have happened.
Bought a car – over $20K. Confirmed every detail on line (insurance, financing, drivers license, identity – everything!!!). Had a SCHEDULED appointment to receive the vehicle. Was told I had to be there personally to receive the car with my Drivers License. Totally understandable!!! 57 minutes before the scheduled delivery my cell phone receives a call from an unknown number while i am in a meeting so i am unable to answer the call. I then receive a text saying – since you didn’t your delivery – we are rescheduling!!! (mind you i really did not want to have to take off from work to receive the car and was advised the best way was to have it delivered). I called the number back three times and no one answered. So i call the 800 number – 8 minutes on hold…. while on hold the driver calls me back and tells me i have to text him a copy of my drivers license!!! TEXT A COPY of my drivers license someone i do not know or else they will not deliver…. WHY??? I already uploaded a copy of my drivers license to their secure server AND i will be at the location when it is delivered??? Sounds VERY sketchy!! So i challenge the guy on the phone and he gives me nothing but attitude!! This was not the procedure that was described and now he wants to reschedule 2 days later. Ended up cancelling the order – WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! STAY AWAY FROM CARVANA!!! Buy from your local dealer where you can look someone in the eye and trust what they are telling you!!!
