I have done a test in Quest Diagnostics in a Swedish hospital in Denver in July 2020. They had my insurance, I have visited them a few times, one time they asked for my credit card for payment and did provide that to them. after a month or so they have sent me a bill of 1107$. They never communicated to me how much that lab work would cost and that my insurance wouldn’t pay for it! the only communication I have received was a fat bill in my mailbox. I have tried to call to talk to someone, no luck same as today. Now that I am writing to you I have been on the phone for 2 hours 04 minutes and 40 seconds to be able to talk to someone. It is what happens all the time and get tired and hang up.
