The 24 hour free flight cancellation policy is deceptive. I cancelled my flight well within the 24 hour period. I have been told my flight was cancelled but have not seen a refund. It has been the time they say to expect it to take for refund. Priceline is of no help. Their customer service sucks! I want them to be more upfront with their policy. If not entitled to a refund tell us upfront. I also want my money credited to Affirm whom the payment to Priceline was made from.
