Pollo Tropical — issues with one of your manager his name is Fausto

Your manager Fausto had the audacity to tell me if you do not make the line again to order your food I will call the police on you. I ask why do i have to make the line again he stated because my employee said that you skip the line, which it was not true. but the issue is how can a manager make a threat to a customer that is only trying to buy food for her grand daughter that is very unprofessional from his part and very disrespectful toward me i am an old lady not a delinquent neither make any threat toward him nor the restaurant. he did not even apologize only another crew member was very helpful I would like to know if my complaint is going to have a solution i work in that restaurant before the pandemic in 2020 and i have 24 years of experience in fast food restaurant i am very disappointed at this time I will never go back to that restaurant again and I am a loyal customer but not anymore the total of my order was $9.08 for a half a chicken rice and beans by making this manager aware of the customer right and his accountability as a manager for his action toward the customers
