Opened a card & was told I had 12 months no interest then interest would be added to the remaining balance. Charged me $415 interest from the original balance. Opened a credit card up & was told it was 12 month no interest than the interest would be added to my remaining balance after the 12 months was up. I knew this & agreed to THAT. I’ve been hit with a $415 interest charged based on the original balance & not my remaining balance. Called customer service where they were rude & talked to me like I was stupid & couldn’t read. Financially I am not in a place to do this but offered to pay my balance at the end of my 12 months no interest promotion plus interest on that balance for the past 2 months in full if possible to remove the $415 because of the misinformation but was told they wouldn’t help me. All I’m looking for is the interest that was added during what I was told was no interest for 12 months to be removed & I will rightfully pay my $735 plus 2 months interest on $735. Because that was what I was told from the beginning. Please help me.
