I had my vehicle towed to pep boys in Bartlett a week ago for problems with the parking brake. It has been there a week today and I have not once been called with a diagnosis or status update about my vehicle. I went up there a couple of days ago and they could not even find my ticket. Days later, I called and was told $3700 worth of repairs unrelated to what I came for. I told them to fix only what I came for. Today I called to see if the repairs were made and have been on hold long enough to look up and write this entire review. I am totally passed about this whole ordeal! Incompetence is an understatement
