I placed an order with Pentagon Surfaces in September for new kitchen countertops and have had the worst experience I have ever had . The customer service team doesn’t seem to have a sense of urgency about my issue either. The company Pentagon Surface literally laugh over the phone when you are explaining your issue. I have had 3 separate dates scheduled for installation and no shows up to ANY OF THEM. I have taken days off work to be there for this installation and no one shows up or can provide me answers. I’m tired of leaving multiple messages where no one returns calls. I have had no kitchen sink no countertops for over a month. I need new countertop installed and Andrea and Katie who work for Pentagon have assigned installation dates on dates the company is not even open which was very alarming. These women at Pentagon surfaces don’t answer the phone now or return messages. PLEASE look into this company Immediately they seem to be trying to run circles around paying customers! Check there Ripofflist reviews too! Please help the Holidays are coming up and I don’t have a functioning kitchen, I have to do dished in the bathroom sink. I can’t keep taking time off work for the same installation!
